INTERIOR DIMENSIONS, INC. SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping and Delivery

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 5-10 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you will be notified. If you have questions about the shipping time of your order, please email customer service (click here).

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be help responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

All items include handling and a delivery confirmation charge.

If you purchase more than $100.00 of product at Interior Dimensions, Inc. (before sales tax and shipping and handling), you will receive free shipping and handling on orders shipping to the continental United States.

Items will be only shipped to a confirmed PayPal address on Monday or Friday after payment has been received. We can not be responsible for items delayed, lost, damaged or misdirected by USPS or UPS.

You must call before any refunds can be issued and you will be directed to use USPS or UPS with tracking service.

Requirements for a Full Refund 

  • Items must be in new condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Items valued over $50 must be returned to Interior Dimensions, Inc. with a trackable shipping service
  • Shipping and handling charges for returning items to Interior Dimensions, Inc. are borne by the buyer
  • If a package does not arrive and you do not use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we will not refund.

 

International Shipments:     We do not ship internationally.

Signature Requirement

All shipments with a value of more than $100 are shipped signature required, please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us (click here) as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.

No Shipping Days

Interior Dimensions, Inc. will be closed the following days in 2013 and 2014. But you can still order through the website as usual. 

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

 

Back Orders

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item(s) is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two weeks, we will contact you with details of the backorder. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us (click here) to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.
